Our contract services extend to complete ‘Lump Sum’ or ‘Cost Plus’ Contract Works. The contracts used are standard industry contracts prepared by the Royal Institute of Architects, Master Builders Association or the Australian Standards form of contracts. We also offer Project Management Services where clients prefer to contract directly with the various trades.

BFS is committed to providing high quality services and products, which meet client’s
expectations and in many cases, exceed them. We do this via strategic planning and
implementation of:

Quality Control. Quality assurance actions and considerations necessary to assess production and construction processes so as to control the level of quality being produced in the end product. This will typically includes sampling and testing by the subcontractors or suppliers where required.

Acceptance. Following control, sampling, testing (if necessary), and the assessment of test results to determine whether or not the quality of produced material or construction is acceptable in terms of the specification.

It takes a strong team to build a quality project portfolio. We work hard at maintaining
our relationships with subcontractors and suppliers by involving our trades at the earliest
possible stages of the planning portion of the project, providing clear direction on
projects and excelling in planning and management.
