A modern two storey home that was affected by severe termite and water damage. The extent of work consisted of replacing the complete façade of the building, repairing the structural timber walls and floor whilst maintaining the use of the property for the clients.
The existing timber windows and doors where replaced with modern aluminium bi-fold doors and large fixed glass panels to maximise the ocean views.
Internally, the property received some cosmetic alterations and repairs, however the bulk of the work was external.
The property was fully scaffolded to allow our team to remove the existing wall linings and inspect the timber framing for damage. Repair work was carried out to timber and steel members and new weatherboards where installed to the entire perimeter. Custom mini-orb cladding was used to break up the weatherboard façade and the entire property was re-painted in modern earthy colours.
